Fill your stock room using coupons. Collect multiples of each coupon. When something is discounted, utilize coupons and get as many as it is possible to. For instance, if peanut butter is available for sale and you have four coupons, buy four jars. That way you wont need to pay full price the next occasion you will need a jar of peanut butter.
