When it comes to being happy the most important thing to realize is that you are the only one that controls your thoughts, feelings and emotions. So if you make a decision that you are going to be happy it will happen:) What I personally do is as soon as my alarm goes off I tell myself I am going to have a Great and Productive day, right away I place myself in that state of happiness for the entire day as long as I maintain that attitude:)
